Craftsmanship Unveiled:
A co extrusion machine can process at least two layers simultaneously: one layer is a base layer containing a high proportion and oriented arrangement of metal pigments, and the other layer is a highly transparent pure PMMA protective layer.
The two layers are precisely combined inside the mold, and the protective layer is like a sturdy "crystal shell" covering the metal layer.
Key equipment: This requires precise multi-layer co extrusion molds and independent extrusion systems that can accurately control the flow rate and temperature of the two melts separately. The protective layer ensures that the metallic luster is long-lasting and will not be worn or oxidized.
