Many customers are most concerned about whether the color of colored acrylic sheets will fade or turn white after being exposed to sunlight for a few months in summer? Our specially developed outdoor grade colored acrylic board uses a blend process of weather resistant pigments and UV resistant masterbatch. After 1000 hours of QUV aging testing, the color difference Δ E is less than 2. For the 1220 × 2440mm specification, we offer more than 60 regular colors and promise to use outdoors for 3 years without fading and 5 years without significant fading.

True outdoor grade pigments: using weather resistant pigments from BASF in Germany or Clariant in Switzerland, with a color fastness of grade 8 (blue wool standard).
Double UV resistance: In addition to the weather resistance of the pigment itself, we also add UV absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers to delay aging.
Actual test data: After 1000 hours of QUV accelerated aging test, the color difference Δ E is ≤ 2, and the gray level is 4-5 levels (up to 5 levels).
Batch stability: Each batch of colors has a standard color palette and color difference record, and the color difference Δ E of different batches is less than 1, ensuring no color difference in replenishment.

Colored boards are more sensitive to surface scratches, so we use reinforced packaging:
Each board is covered with a medium adhesive PE film (thickness 50 μ m) on both sides.
A foam board is sandwiched between every two boards to avoid color loss due to friction.
The entire package is packaged in high-strength cardboard boxes and labeled with the words' moisture-proof, do not press'.
When packing the tray, add foam corner guards at the four corners.
For export orders, use fumigation free plywood pallets and wrap them with black stretch film to prevent UV rays.
Q: How long can you guarantee that it won't fade outdoors?
Answer: We provide a written warranty: Under normal outdoor conditions (not strong acid rain, not high salt spray on the beach), the color difference Δ E is ≤ 3 within 3 years, and there is no obvious visible fading to the naked eye. Will not fade to unrecognizable within 5 years. For extreme environments such as strong ultraviolet radiation on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, we recommend using our "super weather resistant series" (with a price increase of 15%).
Q: How to clean the surface of the color board if it is dirty?
Answer: Use neutral detergent and a soft cloth to wipe. Do not use alcohol, acetone, or benzene solvents as they can dissolve the pigment layer and cause fading.
Q: Why do some colored boards turn white and pink after a year outdoors?
Answer: That is due to the excessive addition of titanium dioxide or calcium carbonate in the pigment, and the absence of anti UV agents. We strictly follow the formula for production and eliminate such inferior processes.
