Answer: You can conduct a burning test on the board - the new material burns with a blue flame, no black smoke, and a candle like odor; The combustion of recycled materials produces black smoke and a pungent odor. We can also send third-party testing for density and molecular weight. We provide proof of the source of the raw materials.
Q: Why do some parts of the transparent board look like rainbow patterns?
Answer: Rainbow patterns are usually caused by uneven internal stress during extrusion or casting. Our casting plate has undergone annealing treatment, which has basically eliminated internal stress. If you find rainbow patterns, please contact us for a return or exchange.
Q: What should I do if there is residual adhesive after removing the protective film?
Answer: Our protective film will not residue under normal storage conditions (cool, avoid direct sunlight) for 12 months. If there is residual adhesive, it can be wiped with alcohol or acrylic special adhesive remover. If it is confirmed to be a membrane quality issue, we will be responsible for compensation.
