In order to protect the board from scratches and breakage during transportation, we use multi-layer packaging:

Question 1: Does the edge of the board turn white or have many burrs after cutting?
Answer: Usually it's because the saw blade is not sharp or the speed is not enough. It is recommended to use a dedicated acrylic saw blade, and after cutting, it can be restored to transparency by flame polishing or cloth wheel polishing. Our factory's board density is uniform, and the cutting effect is better than that of the return board.
Question 2: Do bubbles or white mist appear after bonding the board?
Answer: Generally, it is due to the unclean bonding surface or excessive glue. Please use a dust-free cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe, wait for it to completely dry, then apply special acrylic adhesive (chloroform) and slowly inject from one side.
Question 3: Does the board turn yellow after long-term outdoor use?
Answer: Ordinary boards do not have anti UV agents added. Our factory can provide UV resistant modified boards, with weather resistance increased by more than 3 times, and no significant yellowing after 3-5 years of outdoor use. If there is a high requirement for color durability, please specify when placing an order.
