Often hope to obtain a detailed price list that can be directly used for comparison or reporting to superiors. We adhere to the principle of transparency and organize acrylic sheets of different specifications, thicknesses, and colors into a quotation form for your quick reference and comparison. The following quotations are the factory prices currently being executed by our factory (excluding tax and shipping costs).
We are a 20-year old manufacturer of acrylic sheets, located in the plastic industry cluster area of the Yangtze River Delta. The company has passed ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certifications and has self operated import and export rights. All the boards we produce strictly comply with the national standard GB/T 7134-2008 and can provide third-party testing reports. In order to make it clear for customers to consume, we have prepared a detailed quotation, covering three categories: cast plates, extruded plates, and special plates, for your reference.
The specification benchmarks corresponding to the following quotation:

Surface: double-sided film, glossy surface
If other sizes or special surfaces are required, the quotation will be adjusted based on the original basis.

Explanation:
The above is the price for a whole sheet of 1220 × 2440mm. If the price is less than the full sheet, it will be converted based on the area.
Bulk purchase (100 pieces of the same specification at once), with a 3% discount on the total price.
For other colors of the colored board (red, blue, green, yellow, etc.), please consult separately. The price is generally 5% -10% higher than the transparent board.
A more intuitive way to put it is how much it costs per ton: We supply new transparent casting boards in bulk, with a purchase price of approximately 18500 yuan per ton (excluding tax). One ton can produce approximately 115 sheets of 1220 × 2440 × 3mm sheet metal.
The quotation is the contract price: all prices on the quotation we send you, as long as they are within the validity period, will not be increased or temporarily increased when placing the order.
Quality corresponds to price: Low price areas (such as extruded boards) meet basic usage, while high price areas (such as UV resistant boards) provide additional performance. You can choose according to your needs. We do not recommend the most expensive one, only the most suitable one.
Free samples: A4 sized sample boards can be provided for free, and you can place your order after testing and being satisfied.
After sales commitment: If there are obvious defects in the board (bubble diameter>1mm, black spots, severe scratches), we will refund or resend according to the proportion of the problem area.

Recommended uses based on different products in the quotation:
2-3mm transparent extruded board: suitable for lightbox image protection, glass replacement, and lightweight partitions.
5-8mm cast transparent board: suitable for display cabinets, small aquariums, and advertising light box surfaces.
10-20mm thick plate: suitable for transparent furniture, bar counters, load-bearing partitions, and mechanical protective covers.
Ceramic whiteboard/color board: suitable for illuminated word panels, decorative walls, and signage.
UV resistant board: suitable for outdoor signs, sunroom ceilings, and long-term exposure to sunlight.
The regular products on the quotation (transparent 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, etc.) have over 3000 pieces in stock all year round, and will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment. Non inventory thickness or color, production is scheduled according to order order, with a production cycle of 7-15 days. The validity period of the quotation is usually 30 days. If you plan to purchase one month later, please lock in the price in advance.
Each board undergoes a flat inspection line before packaging to ensure that there are no bubbles, scratches, and that the size is qualified. Packaging standards:
Surface covered with PE protective film (30-50g)
Protect with foam strips or paper corners around
Stack every 5 sheets and fix them with wrapping film
Small items are shipped via express delivery (SF Express, JD), while large items are shipped via dedicated logistics lines
The board is fragile, we suggest you purchase logistics insurance and we will assist in handling it.
Q: Is the price on the quotation the final transaction price? Do you want to add any other fees?
Answer: The price on the quotation is the factory price, excluding tax and shipping costs. If invoicing is required, an additional 13% will be charged, and the shipping fee will be calculated based on the actual distance and the volume/weight of the goods. Other than that, there are no hidden charges.
Q: Why is there so much price difference between quotes from different manufacturers for the same thickness?
Answer: In addition to differences in raw materials, attention should also be paid to whether the thickness is sufficient. Some manufacturers claim a thickness of 3mm, but in reality it is only 2.7mm. Our thickness tolerance is controlled within ± 0.2mm to ensure sufficient thickness. You can use a vernier caliper to measure and verify.
Q: Can I request a specific quotation with shipping costs?
Answer: Sure. Please provide us with your shipping city, detailed address, and required product specifications and quantities. We will contact the logistics company to calculate the shipping cost and provide you with a total price quotation.
Q: Is the protective film on your quotation easy to peel off? Will there be any residual glue?
Answer: We come standard with PE low adhesive film, which can be easily peeled off without leaving any adhesive within six months of storage. If you need to store for a long time or export by sea, please choose medium or high mucous membrane. Our quotation can be selected separately.
