Q: Why is there a protective film on the surface of the received board, but there is residual adhesive after the film is torn off?
Answer: The quality of the protective film or prolonged storage time may result in residual adhesive. Our factory uses high-quality PE protective film with a shelf life of up to 12 months. In case of residual glue, it can be lightly wiped with alcohol or a specialized adhesive remover. We promise to provide proof of quality for the protective film.
Q: How to distinguish between extruded and cast plates? How to choose?
Answer: Extruded plates are suitable for thin plates (≤ 6mm) and standardized products produced in large quantities, with slightly lower prices; Cast plates are suitable for thick plates that require carving and polishing, and have better toughness. If you are unsure, we can provide your processing method and recommend it to you.
Q: What should I do if there is occasional slight bending during the transportation of large boards?
Answer: Acrylic has a certain degree of elasticity. If the bending is not severe, it can be restored by placing it flat and pressing it with a heavy object for 24 hours. Severe bending may be caused by improper storage or too thin thickness. We will confirm the flatness of the board before shipment. If there are any abnormalities, please take photos and contact us for handling.
