Every step of the Yifang production process has a standard operating procedure (SOP):
Raw material drying: PMMA particles are dried at 80 ℃ for 4 hours to remove moisture and prevent bubbles.
Extrusion/Casting:
Extrusion: screw temperature 220-240 ℃, three roll calender temperature 80-100 ℃.
Casting: MMA monomer is polymerized in a water bath at 40-50 ℃ for 24-48 hours.
Annealing: Keep at 80-90 ℃ for 2-4 hours per centimeter thickness, then cool down at ≤ 10 ℃/h.
Cutting: CNC cutting, with smooth edges and no burrs.
Film coating: Double sided PE protective film with moderate viscosity.
