Ingredients: Weigh MMA monomer, initiator, release agent, color paste (if color is required), etc. according to the formula.
Aggregation: Inject the mixture into the mold and slowly polymerize in a warm water bath to form a sheet. The casting board needs 24-48 hours to cure, while the extrusion board is continuously formed by high-temperature screw extrusion.
Post treatment: After demolding, annealing treatment is carried out to eliminate internal stress and prevent cracking during subsequent processing.
Cutting and trimming: Fully automatic CNC cutting machine is used to cut into standard or customized sizes according to customer requirements, with smooth and burr free edges.
Quality inspection: Check for thickness tolerances, bubbles, impurities, flatness, etc., and never release any non-conforming products.
Packaging: film covering, corner protection, packaging.

Thick plate (≥ 12mm): stacked individually or in small quantities, using fully enclosed wooden boxes filled with cushioning materials to prevent collisions.

Common issues
Q: What thickness of acrylic sheet should I choose to make a large fish tank?
Answer: The thickness of the fish tank depends on the depth of the water (water pressure). General experience: Within a water depth of 30cm, use 8mm; within a water depth of 50cm, use 12mm; within a water depth of 70cm, use 15mm; and within a water depth of 100cm, use 20mm. Specific considerations also need to be given to the length of the fish tank and whether there are tie bars. It is recommended to provide drawings for our engineers to calculate.
Q: Can acrylic sheets be bent? What equipment is needed?
Answer: Sure. After heating the acrylic sheet to about 160-180 ℃ (softening point), it can be bent. Small batches can be manually bent using a hot air gun or heating wire; It is recommended to use a hot bending machine or oven in conjunction with the mold for large quantities. Attention: The hot bending effect of the casting plate is better and less prone to foaming.
