Production process: Cell Cast vs. Extruded
Cell Cast: slowly polymerized in a mold. The molecular structure is more compact, with higher clarity, surface hardness, chemical resistance, and stability. It is the preferred choice for high-end applications, and the cost is also higher.
Extruded: Continuously extruded by a machine. High production efficiency and low cost. But it is slightly inferior in clarity, heat resistance, and strength, and may produce toxic smoke during laser cutting.
